KRAV MAGA ist modern self-defence system. It is easy to learn and especially effective. This is why it is getting better and better known around the world. Your child will have lots of fun through fitness, action and self confidence. De-escalation options will be trained in a playful way. But also what your child needs to do to protect himself. The training is directed at children from 6 years old.

A distinctive feature of our KRAV MAGA DEPARTMENT is that some of our trainers are also qualified as teachers, social workers and educationalists. They have extensive practical experience working with children and teenagers and a broad knowledge on their intellectual, physical and motoric development. Because we want every kid to be challenged but not overwhelmed. And above all we want them to have a lot of fun during the training.
